Agreement between Office 88 Ltd. and its Clients

This agreement is between Office 88 Ltd. (thereafter "Office88") and its clients (thereafter "Clients").

1.

The payments by a client to Office88 are project-based or time-based. When
a project is assigned to Office88, a client shall specify the payment and the deadline, and get agreed with Office88.

2.



 A client shall pay Office88 the full amount of money as agreed within one month after the delivery date if the finished project beats the deadline and meets reasonable standards.

3.

 

 A client shall timely provide Office88 necessary information to finish the project. Otherwise and in case of new requirements, deadline shall be postponed.

Office88 shall keep the information related to the project confidential

 In case that the project cannot be finished before the deadline, Office88 shall inform the client as soon as possible.


This agreement may be changed by Office88 from time to time.
