Information accessed via OFFICE 88 and the service generally
Office 88 Limited expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or
responsibility in relation to any information, goods or services offered,
accessed or obtained through OFFICE 88; the operation or quality
of OFFICE 88, whether OFFICE 88 will be uninterrupted or
error free; any obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information
(although our current practice is to maintain such confidentiality where
reasonable to do so); or the results to be obtained from use of OFFICEE
88. To the extent permitted by law, Office 88 Limited expressly disclaims
any warranties, whether expressed or implied, as to the fitness for a
particular purpose, merchantability or standard of quality of OFFICE
88 and any such information, goods or services offered, accessed or
obtained through OFFICE 88 unless specifically mentioned otherwise
in the terms & conditions of the OFFICE 88 service.
Office 88 Limited will under no circumstances be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental or special loss or damage, whether arising from negligence,
breach of contract, defamation, infringement of copyright or other intellectual
property rights, caused by any use of OFFICE 88 (including any
such loss or damage caused by viruses), whether or not notified of such
damage or loss arising, unless specifically covered in the terms &
conditions of the OFFICE 88 service agreement.
